DLD-Chk1 S317A cell line

Info

Catalogue Number 156400
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Checkpoint Kinase 1 (Chk1)
Disease Keywords Cancer
Model Knock-In
Relevance Chk1 kinase acts downstream of ATM/ATR kinase and plays an important role in DNA damage checkpoint control, embryonic development and tumor suppression. These engineered somatic cells contain a knock in that is deficient for the DNA damage induced activation of the Chk1 kinase. This cell line is useful for validation of Chk1 inhibitors and discovery of new anticancer therapeutics.
