Anti-SNF2β [2SNF-2E12]

Info

Applications ELISA IF WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets  SNF2β
Reactivity Human and Mouse
Relevance The SNF2 family of proteins are ATP dependant chromatin remodelling enzymes. The SWI-SNF complex is involved in the activation of transcription via the remodelling of nucleosome structure in an ATP-dependent manner. Brm (also designated SNF2α) and Brg-1 (also designated SNF2β) are the ATPase subunits of the mammalian SWI-SNF complex.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Recombinant mouse SNF2b (C-terminal region)
Subclass IgG1 kappa
Notes Recommend dilution of 1/500 - 1/5000

Format: Ascites fluid

Available in 100ul unit
Research Area Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction, Epigenetics & Nuclear Signalling
