|Applications||ELISA IF WB|
|Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets||RXR beta (Retinoid X receptor beta)|
|Reactivity||Human and Mouse|
|Relevance||The retinoid X receptors (RXRs) are members of the family of ligand-dependent nuclear hormone receptors that regulate gene expression either as homodimers or more frequently as heterodimeric complexes with other nuclear hormone receptors. Studies of mice with targeted gene mutations in each of the three RXR isoforms—α, β, and γ—have demonstrated that RXRs regulate several developmental processes, including cardiogenesis and neurogenesis.|
Available in 100ul unit.
No cross reactivity on RXRa and RXRg.
|Research Area||Epigenetics & Nuclear Signalling|
