Anti-CRABP1 [3CRA-10F5]

Info

Applications ELISA IF WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets  CRABPI (Cellular retinoic acid binding protein I)
Reactivity Human and Mouse
Relevance The monoclonal anti-CRABPI, clone 3CRA-10F5, has no cross-reactivity on CRABPII. CRABPI is thought to play an important role in retinoic acid-mediated differentiation and proliferation processes. CRABPI is structurally similar to the cellular retinol-binding proteins, but binds only retinoic acid. CRABPI is constitutively expressed and is believed to have different functions in the cell than the related CRABPII
Host Mouse
Immunogen CTQTLLEGDGPKTY (synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 95-108 of mouse CRABPI)
Subclass IgG1 kappa
Notes Available in 100ul unit as ascites.

Recommended dilutions: 1/500-1/5000
Research Area Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction, Epigenetics & Nuclear Signalling
