Anti-HIV1 p24 scFv recombinant antibody (HRP)

Info

Catalogue Number 154183
Applications ELISA WB DB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets HIV1 p24
Reactivity Virus
Relevance The p24 antigen is a component of the HIV particle capsid that makes up most of the viral core. There are approximately 2000 molecules per virus particle. Serum concentrations of p24 antigen are high in the first few weeks after infection; tests sensitive to p24 antigen are therefore useful for diagnosing very early infection when antibody levels are still low
Immunogen HIV1 p24
Formulation PBS (0.1M) + 0.5M imidazole at pH 7.4
Product was purified using affinity chromatography (Ni-IMAC)
Molecular Weight (kDa) 24
Research Area Immunology, Virology
