Info

Applications ELISA IHC IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets TAF7 (formerly TAFII55)
Reactivity Human and Mouse
Relevance TAF7 is a component of the TFIID protein complex, a complex which binds to the TATA box in class II promoters and recruits RNA polymerase II and other factors. This particular subunit interacts with the largest TFIID subunit, as well as multiple transcription activators. TAF7 is required for transcription by promoters targeted by RNA polymerase II.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Recombinant human TAF7 protein
Subclass IgG1 kappa
Notes Available in 100ul units

Recommended dilution: 1/500-1/5000
