Anti-TAF15 [8TA-2B10]

Info

Applications ELISA IF IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets TAF15/TAFII 68
Reactivity Human
Relevance TAF15 is a member of the TET family of RNA-binding proteins. It plays a role in RNA polymerase II gene transcription as a component of a distinct subset of multi-subunit transcription initiation factor TFIID complexes. Translocations involving this gene play a role in acute leukemia and extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma, and mutations in this gene may play a role in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
Host Mouse
Immunogen The RNA-binding region (RNP) of human TAF15/TAFII68 as a GST-fusion protein (from amino acid 175 to 414).
Subclass IgG1 kappa
