Invented by Prof Neil Perkins at University of Newcastle upon Tyne

Info

Catalogue Number 151458
Applications IF IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets THRAP3
Reactivity Human
Relevance THRAP3 (thyroid hormone receptor associated protein 3) is a nuclear receptor playing a role in transcriptional coactivation and is a subunit of the large TRAP (thyroid hormone receptor-associated protein) complex. THRAP3 is a member of a family of proteins that are characterized by the presence of a nuclear receptor recognition motif, which mediates the ligand-dependent binding of TRAP proteins to the nuclear receptors. Alternative names are TRAP150 and TR150.
Host Rabbit
Immunogen Recombinant His-tagged protein fragment of human THRAP3
Formulation Whole serum
Molecular Weight (kDa) 150
Notes Recommended Dilution for: immunofluorescence: 1:500

Western blot: 1:3000
