Relevance | A condensed ordered transposon library of Klebsiella pneumonia strain KPPR1, a rifampin-resistant derivative of ATCC 43816 to assess the impact of Capsular polysaccharide (CPS) biosynthesis and hypermucoviscosity (hmv) on the pathobiology of hypervirulent K. pneumoniae was created. This condensed library contains a representative transposon for each of genes disrupted in the ordered Klebsiella pneumonia strain KPPR1 transposon full library (linked in the tab above). The condensed library contains 41 microplates containing 3,733 transposon mutants that each disrupt a unique gene. |
