Poly(ethylene glycol)–poly(lysine) block copolymer–ubenimex conjugate small molecule (tool compound)

Invented at Osaka University , Tokyo Institute of Technology

Info

Catalogue Number 156495
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets This conjugate targets aminopeptidase N and exerts an antitumor effect in hepatocellular carcinoma stem cells
Type Inhibitor
Relevance The molecule exerts stronger inhibitory effect at lower concentrations that Ube alone, suggesting that PLys conjugation effectively increases the antitumor effect in HCC cells, presumably by targeting APN/CD13+cells, and enhances the strength of molecule-to-cell interactions.
