Purified bovine IgG were separated reduced and non-reduced in a 7% Tricine gel, and subsequently Coomassie stained
Indirect Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) Indicated concentrations of purified bovine IgG were coated onto wells. After blocking with 1% BSA/PBS anti bovIgG mAb42-1 (5 µg/ml) was added. After washing HRP-coupled anti mouse not cross-reactive with bovine IgG was incubated, washed and visualized by TMB detection. Data shown are three independent experiments
