Invented at LeukoCom

Info

Catalogue Number 154002
Applications ELISA FACS WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Human Fc
Reactivity Human
Host Mouse
Immunogen CEACAM1-huFc (huFc derived from hulgG1)
Subclass IgG1 kappa
Myeloma Used NS1/0
Notes Binds human IgG thus can be used as a secondary antibody for human IgG primary antibodies. If were coupled to a fluorochrome or biotin, could be used for detecting primary antibodies in flow cytometry, western blotting, ELISA, IHC etc.

Does also bind human Fc, though does not bind CEACAMs. Potential cross-reactivity with the Fc part of other species not tested.
