Info
Catalogue Number | 154002 |
Applications | ELISA FACS WB |
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets | Human Fc |
Reactivity | Human |
Host | Mouse |
Immunogen | CEACAM1-huFc (huFc derived from hulgG1) |
Subclass | IgG1 kappa |
Myeloma Used | NS1/0 |
Notes |
Binds human IgG thus can be used as a secondary antibody for human IgG primary antibodies. If were coupled to a fluorochrome or biotin, could be used for detecting primary antibodies in flow cytometry, western blotting, ELISA, IHC etc. Does also bind human Fc, though does not bind CEACAMs. Potential cross-reactivity with the Fc part of other species not tested. |
