|Production Details||CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing was used to generate NOD1 knock out clones. AGS cells were transfected with vectors expressing “Cas9 nickase” nuclease and pairs of guide RNAs (gRNAs) specific for the NOD1 gene. Clone 41H8 was confirmed as having a 31 base pair deletion within the coding regions of the caspase activation and recruitment domain (CARD) of NOD1.|
