Anti-Follistatin 315 [H10]

Invented at

Info

Catalogue Number 153635
Applications ELISA IHC WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Follistatin 315
Synonyms Follistatin, FS, FST, Active-binding protein
Reactivity Human
Relevance Follistatin is a single-chain glycosylated protein that inhibits follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) release. Alternative splicing of Follistatin mRNA yields two isoforms, FS315 and FS288. FS315 is considered the main circulating form of Follistatin. Clone H10 recognizes an epitope on the C-terminal region of human Follistatin 315, allowing for detection of FSH levels using various analysis methods. ELISA experiments showed that H10 interacts with FS315 and does not interact with FS288.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Synthetic peptide corresponding to sequence CDEDQDYSFPISSILEW of the C- terminal region of human Follistatin 315
Positive Control Testis
Subclass IgG2a
Molecular Weight (kDa) 37
Myeloma Used Sp2/0-Ag14
Notes Suggested dilutions for use

Western Blot 1 μg/mL
Immunohistochemistry 1:100
ELISA Assay-dependent
