Anti-TLT-1 [4.8] monoclonal antibody

Invented at Puerto Rico Science, Technology and Research Trust

Info

Catalogue Number 160704
Applications IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Triggering Receptors Expressed on Myeloid cells (TREM)- like transcript-1 (TLT-1)
Reactivity Mouse
Relevance These rabbit hybridoma cells produce a monoclonal antibody to The membrane receptor Triggering Receptors Expressed on Myeloid cells (TREM)- like transcript-1 (TLT-1), located on alpha-granules of platelets. TREM-like transcript-1 (TLT-1) is involved in thrombus formation and platelet aggregation, inflammatory modulation, immune responses. Members of the TREM family are key regulators of innate and adaptive immune responses.

According to Manfredi, et al., 2018, murine TLT-1 share a 65% identity with human TLT-1 and have been used to support existing clinical data that enable a better understanding of thrombotic and inflammatory diseases.
Host Rabbit
Immunogen Rabbits were immunized with the negatively charged region of the mTLT-1 extracellular domain 122PPVPGPREGEEAEDEK139.
Research Area Other, Extracellular Matrix
