FORM: Affinity Purified, Lyophilised SPECIFICITY: Specific for Ana O1. Confirmed by Western Blot analysis of Cashew Protein. IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY: Use at 1µg/ml for Western Blotting. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. STORAGE: Long term - 70ºC dry Short term - 20ºC solution or 4ºC with appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Glycerol (1:1) can be added for additional stability. PRODUCT PREPARATION: Reconstitute with addition of 20 µl of sterile water. KNOWN USES: ELISA (1:100 to 1:10,000), Western Blot (1ug/ml) |
