FORM: Whole Serum, Lyophilised SPECIFICITY: Specific for TRPV1. Confirmed by Immunohistochemical analysis of Paraffin Embedded Rat DRG tissue. IMMUNO-HISTOCHEMISTRY: Use at 1:2000 dilution for DAB Staining on Paraffin Embedded Sections. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. STORAGE: Long term - 70ºC dry Short term - 20ºC solution or 4ºC with appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Glycerol (1:1) can be added for additional stability. PRODUCT PREPARATION: Reconstitute with addition of 50 µl of sterile water. KNOWN USES: ELISA (1:100 to 1:10,000), Immunohistochemistry (1:2000 – 1:4000) |
