Applications ELISA IHC IF
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets An 18 amino acid synthetic CRF peptide (H-CEQLAQQAHSNRKLMEII-OH), conjugated to Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH).
Reactivity Human, Mouse, Rat and Sheep
Host Sheep
Notes FORM:
Whole Serum, Lyophilised

SPECIFICITY:
Specific for CRF. Confirmed by Immunohistochemical analysis of Paraffin Embedded Rat Brain (Hypothalamus) as well as Rat and Mouse whole-mount Ileum tissue.

IMMUNO-HISTOCHEMISTRY:
Use at 1:100 dilution for Immunofluorescence staining and 1:4000 – 1:6000 dilution for DAB Staining on Paraffin Embedded Sections. Use at 1:1000 – 1:4000 dilution on whole-mount tissue. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.

STORAGE:
Long term - 70ºC dry Short term - 20ºC solution or 4ºC with appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Glycerol (1:1) can be added for additional stability.

PRODUCT PREPARATION:
Reconstitute with addition of 50 µl of sterile water.

KNOWN USES:
ELISA (1:100 to 1:10,000), Immunohistochemistry (1:1000 – 1:6000), Immunofluorescence Staining (1:100).
