Relevance | The antibody reacts mainly with the high molecular weight form (190-220kDa) of leukocyte common antigen (L-CA). It labels a subset of L-CA found on B cells, CD8+ T cells, NK cells and 75% of CD4+ T cells. It labels the same population as OX-22 but the antibody do not compete. |
