Relevance Ahi-1 is involved in vesicle trafficking and required for brain development. Mutations are associated with Joubert syndrome-related disorders, and elevated expression levels are found in chronic myeloid leukemia and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.

Immunogen Anti-C-mAhi-1 M5 antibody reacts with an epitope in the c-terminal region of mouse Ahi-1 protein. A recombinant mouse Ahi-1 GST fusion protein was used as immunogen.
