Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets | CD11C, Integrin, alpha X (complement component 3 receptor 4 subunit). ITGAX |
Reactivity | Human |
Relevance | The integrin alpha X chain protein (CD11c) belongs to the ß2 integrin subfamily. Integrins are cell surface receptors composed of a heterodimer containing an a and ß subunit. CD11c (the a subunit) combines with CD18 (the ß subunit) to form the leukocyte specific integrin inactivated-C3b receptor 41,2. CD11c is known to be expressed on monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, activated B cells, in spleen and in bone marrow. |
Host | Mouse |
Immunogen | Synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH corresponding to the C terminus of human CD11C: ANGQIAPENGTQTPSPPSEK |
Subclass | IgG2b |
Positive Control | Human tonsil |
Research Area | Adhesion, Cell Type or Organelle Marker, Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction, Immunology, Stem Cell Biology |
