Anti-CD90, Recombinant [T11D7e]

Invented at University College London

Info

Catalogue Number 153277
Applications FACS Fn
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets CD90, Thy1.1
Synonyms Thy-1 Cell Surface Antigen; Thy-1 Antigen; CDw90; CD90
Reactivity Mouse and Rat
Relevance CD90 (Thy1.1) is a monomorphic determinant in rat but polymorphic in mice. Anti-CD90 [T11D7e] reacts with Thy1.1 mice e.g. AKR and FVB mice, but not Thy1.2 mice such as CBA and BALB/c. Clone T11D7e is useful for removal of T lymphocytes from cell populations by complement mediated cytotoxicity.
CD90 is a mesenchymal cell marker
Host Mouse
Immunogen Xenogenic rat thymocytes
Subclass IgM
Formulation PBS
Concentration 1mgml-1
Positive Control Mouse thymocytes
Research Area Immunology
Notes Recombinant monoclonal antibody produced from the original monoclonal cell line. Manufactured using Absolute Antibody’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma.

Three products available from this clone:
- Anti-CD90 [T11D7e], Mouse IgM, Kappa
- Anti-CD90 [T11D7e], Mouse IgG1, Kappa
- Anti-CD90 [T11D7e], Rabbit IgG, Kappa
