Invented at University Of Birmingham

Info

Catalogue Number 153267
Applications FACS IHC IP
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets CD70
Synonyms CD70 Molecule; Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily Member 7; CD27 Ligand; CD27LG; TNFSF7; CD27L; Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand 8A; Surface Antigen CD70; Ki-24 Antigen; CD70 Antigen; TNLG8A
Reactivity Human
Relevance CD70 is a 30kDa ligand of the receptor CD27. Both belong to the tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily 7. Receptor activation can induce proliferation and apoptosis. BU69 inhibits T cell proliferation induced by dendritic cells.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Waldenstroms macroglobulineamia cell line WM-1
Subclass IgG1
Formulation PBS
Concentration 1mgml-1
Positive Control Raji cells
Research Area Immunology
Notes BU69 inhibits T cell proliferation induced by dendritic cells.
Recombinant monoclonal antibody produced from the original monoclonal cell line. Manufactured using Absolute Antibody’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma.

Five products based on this clone:
- Anti-CD70 [BU69], Mouse IgG1, Kappa
- Anti-CD70 [BU69], Rabbit IgG, Kappa
- Anti-CD70 [BU69], Human IgG1, Kappa
- Anti-CD70 [BU69], Human IgG1, Kappa, engineered Fc domain containing key point mutations that abrogate binding to Fc gamma receptors
- Anti-CD70 [BU69], Human IgG4-S228P, Kappa
