Anti-RANBP1, Polyclonal [RANBP1]

Info

Applications ELISA IF WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets RANBP1
Reactivity Human and Mouse
Relevance Inhibits GTP exchange on Ran. Forms a Ran-GTP-RANBP1 trimeric complex. Increase GTP hydrolysis induced by the Ran GTPase activating protein RANGAP1. May act in an intracellular signaling pathway which may control the progression through the cell cycle by regulating the transport of protein and nucleic acids across the nuclear membrane.
Host Rabbit
Immunogen 3 synthetic peptides (human) conjugated to KLH
Formulation Crude serum containing 0.5% Azide
Molecular Weight (kDa) 23
Research Area Cell Cycle, Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction, Epigenetics & Nuclear Signalling
