| Relevance | This mouse line originates from an ES cell clone (clone id EPD0336_3_G04) produced by either the KOMP-CSD or EUCOMM programmes. For further details on the construction of this clone and the available phenotype data for the mouse strain, see the link to the IKMC via the IMPC portal. Removal of the targeting cassette using a site-specific Flp recombinase is required to convert the targeted into a conditional allele (tm1c). Removal of the critical exons (flanked by loxP sites) by cre expression would result in the production of the knockout reporter (tm1b) allele. |
