Anti-Zebrafish brain extracts

Invented at IFOM-IEO

Info

Applications IF
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Zebrafish brain extracts
Reactivity Zebrafish
Relevance Antibodies targeting Zebrafish brain extracts were derived from an immunization experiment with a zebrafish tissue lysate that allowed for the isolation of hundreds of monoclonal antibodies suitable for labeling of a large variety of zebrafish tissue and cell structures. They were then further characterized in terms of detailed localization.
Host Mouse
Notes Reacts with 6 different brain extracts
Research Area Aquaculture, Neurobiology
