Relevance Epsin 3 (EPN3) belongs to the epsin family. It is detected in migrating keratinocytes from wounded skin, but not in differentiating keratinocytes or in normal skin. It is detected in chronic wounds, basal cell carcinoma and ulcerative colitis.
