![The frequency distribution of the intensity of expression of nuclear SPATA2L in normal colonic mucosa and primary colorectal cancer using Anti-SPATA2L [Z2P2D5*C8]. All monoclonal antibodies developed by VAL have been independently validated by the Department of Pathology, University of Aberdeen and the Grampian Biorepository. Each antibody has been tested by immunohistochemistry against a multi-tumour tissue microarray containing 16 tumour types matched with normal tissues. To identify clinical significance of targets of interest, corresponding antibodies have also been used to screen a large colorectal cancer tissue microarray (n=650).
