![Survival curve comparing patients outcome categorised by expression of DIAPH2 using anti-DIAPH2 [V78P3C10*D3]. Strong expression of DIAPH2 was associated with decrease in patients survival (p=0.012). All monoclonal antibodies developed by Vertebrate Antibodies Ltd have been independently validated by the Department of Pathology, University of Aberdeen and the Grampian Biorepository. Each antibody has been tested by immunohistochemistry against a multi-tumour tissue microarray containing 16 tumour types matched with normal tissues. To identify clinical significance of targets of interest, corresponding antibodies have also been used to screen a large colorectal cancer tissue microarray (n=650).
