Applications | FACS IHC IP WB |
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets | CD19 |
Synonyms | CD19 Molecule; B-Lymphocyte Surface Antigen B4; T-Cell Surface Antigen Leu-12; Differentiation Antigen CD19; CD19 Antigen; CVID3; B4 |
Reactivity | Mouse |
Relevance | CD19 a cell surface molecule which assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes. A critical signal transduction molecule that regulates B lymphocyte development, activation, and differentiation. Ligation increases intracellular calcium levels and decreases the threshold for antigen receptor signalling. Germinal center formation is significantly reduced in CD19-deficient mice. |
Host | Rat |
Immunogen | Human K562 cell line transfected with murine CD19 |
Research Area | Cancer, Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction, Immunology, Stem Cell Biology |
