Invented at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory

Info

Applications ELISA IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Caspase-7
Reactivity Human
Relevance Caspase-7 is a member of the cysteine protease (caspase) family. Sequential activation of caspases plays a central role in the execution-phase of cell apoptosis. Caspase-7 is produced as an inactive zymogen, which undergoes proteolytic cleavage to produce the activated caspase.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Full length human caspase-7 protein
Subclass IgG1
Research Area Apoptosis and Programmed Cell Death, Cancer, Metabolism, Protein Degradation
