Anti-caspase-8 [4-1-20]

Invented at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory

Info

Applications IHC IF IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Caspase 8
Reactivity Human
Relevance Caspase-8 is a member of the cysteine proteases, which are implicated in the apoptosis and cytokine processing. As with all caspases, caspase-8 is synthesised as an inactive zymogen procaspase, which becomes activated by proteolytic cleavage, through either auto-activation after recruitment into a multimeric complex or trans-cleavage by other caspases.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Full length recombinant human caspase 8 protein
Subclass IgG1 kappa
Research Area Apoptosis and Programmed Cell Death, Cancer, Metabolism, Protein Degradation
