Reactivity | Human |
Relevance | The integrin alpha X chain protein (CD11c) belongs to the ß2 integrin subfamily. Integrins are cell surface receptors composed of a heterodimer containing an a and ß subunit. CD11c (the a subunit) combines with CD18 (the ß subunit) to form the leukocyte specific integrin inactivated-C3b receptor 41,2. CD11c is known to be expressed on monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, activated B cells, in spleen and in bone marrow. |

Positive Control | Human tonsil |
Subclass | IgG2a |
Myeloma Used | NS0 |
Recommended Growing Conditions | RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS + penicillin (100U/ml) + streptomycin (100mg/l) + glutamine (2mM) + HAT |
