Anti-vFlip [6/14]

Invented by Mary Collins from University College London
Invented at University College London

Info

Catalogue Number 151778
Applications IHC IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets vFlip
Reactivity Human
Relevance v-FLIP synthesis can be up-regulated when apoptosis is triggered. It may provide a survival advantage for KSHV-infected cells under some circumstances and could be a reason for an IRES-dependent translation of v-FLIP. This antibody can be used to detect expression of latent vFLIP in KSHV infected cells and tumours and for examining the role of vFLIP in cell signaling.
Host Rat
Immunogen full-length recombinant v-FLIP expressed in Escherichia coli
Subclass IgG
Research Area Apoptosis and Programmed Cell Death, Cell Cycle, Virology
