Relevance A line containing a transgene called mosaic analysis in zebrafish (MAZe). This line provides a non-invasive way to create genetically marked clones of cells that can be followed with live imaging in vivo. In these clones we can express, along with the marker, any chosen protein or RNA molecule or set of such molecules.
