Anti-ACF1, Polyclonal [mACF1]

Invented at Marie Curie Research Institute

Info

Catalogue Number 151583
Applications IF IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets ATP-dependent Chromatin-remodeling Factor (ACF1)
Reactivity Mouse
Relevance ACF1 is a subunit of the ATP-dependent chromatin-remodelling factor (ACF) complex, and the ISWI CHRAC remodelling complex. In the ACF complex, mACF1 influences the nucleosome remodelling activity of the SNF2h ATPase. In the CHRAC complex, mACF1 is thought to target CHRAC to heterochromatin. The ACF1 protein in mouse has several conserved domains including a bromodomain, BAZ, PHD finger, WAC, and WAKZ.
Host Rabbit
Immunogen Peptide coupled to keyhole limpet hemocyanin
Formulation Whole serum
Molecular Weight (kDa) 178
Notes Alternate names for mACF1 include BAZ1A, ATP-utilizing chromatin assembly and remodelling factor1, bromodomain adjacent to zinc finger domain protein 1A, Williams syndrome transcription factor-related chromatin-remodelling factor 180, WCRF180, hWALp1, and CHRAC subunit ACF1.

Suggested dilution for western blot: 1:2000
Positive Control Hela & NIH 3T3 cells
