Relevance | CD72, a member of the C-type lectin superfamily, is a 45 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein. It is expressed from the pro-B through to the mature B cell stage but absent in terminally differentiated plasma cells. Ligation of CD72 enhances B cell growth and proliferation. |
