Anti-LSP1 [TPD153]

Invented by Karen Pulford from University of Oxford
Invented at University of Oxford

Info

Catalogue Number 151397
Applications IHC IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Lymphocyte Specific Protein-1 (LSP1)
Reactivity Human
Relevance Human lymphocyte-specific protein 1 is an F-actin binding phosphoprotein, which has an acidic N-terminal half and a basic C-terminal half. In the basic C-terminal half, there are amino acid sequences highly homologous to the actin-binding domains of two known F-actin binding proteins: caldesmon and the villin headpieces (CI, CII, VI, VII).
Host Mouse
Immunogen Tonsil cells
Subclass IgG1 kappa
Myeloma Used P3/NS1/1-Ag4.1
Recommended Growing Conditions RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS + penicillin (100U/ml) + streptomycin (100mg/l) + glutamine (2mM) + HAT
Notes Ultroser G can be used at 1% if the cells are not growing well.
Research Area Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction, Immunology
