Reactivity Human
Relevance CDw75 is a human leukocyte cell-surface antigen expressed in mature and activated B cells but not in B cells at earlier stages of development or in plasma cells. ZB55 can be used for studying germinal centre-derived B cell lymphomas.

Recommended Growing Conditions RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS + penicillin (100U/ml) + streptomycin (100mg/l) + glutamine (2mM) + HAT
Notes Ultroser G can be used at 1% if the cells are not growing well.

The inventor has confirmed CD32 peptides were used as the immunogen although the hybridoma ultimately selected produces antibodies specific to CDw75.
