Info
Catalogue Number | 151373 |
Applications | FACS IHC IF |
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets | CDw75 (CD75s) |
Synonyms | ST6 Beta-Galactoside Alpha-2;6-Sialyltransferase; CMP-N-Acetylneuraminate-Beta-Galactosamide-Alpha-2;6-Sialyltransferase; B-Cell Antigen CD75, Alpha 2;6-ST; ST6GalI 3; SIAT1; CMP-N-Acetylneuraminate Beta-Galactosamide Alpha-2;6-Sialyltransferase; Sialyltransferase 1; ST6N |
Reactivity | Human |
Relevance | CDw75 is a human leukocyte cell-surface antigen expressed in mature and activated B cells but not in B cells at earlier stages of development or in plasma cells. ZB55 can be used for studying germinal centre-derived B cell lymphomas. |
Host | Mouse |
Immunogen | CD32 peptides - this is correct, please see Notes |
Subclass | IgM |
Myeloma Used | P3/NS1/1-Ag4.1 |
Recommended Growing Conditions | RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS + penicillin (100U/ml) + streptomycin (100mg/l) + glutamine (2mM) + HAT |
Notes |
Ultroser G can be used at 1% if the cells are not growing well. The inventor has confirmed CD32 peptides were used as the immunogen although the hybridoma ultimately selected produces antibodies specific to CDw75. |
Research Area | Cancer, Immunology |
