Applications | FACS IHC IP |
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets | Fc gamma Recptor II (FCGR2, CD32) |
Synonyms | Fc Fragment Of IgG Receptor IIb; IgG Fc Receptor II-B; Fc-Gamma-RIIb; FcRII-B; CDw32; IGFR2; FCG2; CD32; FCGR2; CD32B |
Reactivity | Human |
Relevance | Human Fc gamma receptor II (CD32) exists in at least six isoforms originating from three different genes (Fc gamma RII A, B, and C). The CD32 molecule is a low affinity receptor for immune complexed IgG and has signal-transducing capabilities involved with humoral and cell-mediated immune responses. It is expressed by Monocytes, granulocytes, B cells, eosinophils. |
Host | Mouse |
Immunogen | Hairy cell leukaemia cells |
Subclass | IgG1 kappa |
Myeloma Used | P3/NS1/1-Ag4.1 |
Recommended Growing Conditions | RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS + penicillin (100U/ml) + streptomycin (100mg/l) + glutamine (2mM) + HAT |
Notes | Ultroser G can be used at 1% if the cells are not growing well. |
Research Area | Immunology, Stem Cell Biology |
