Anti-FCGR2 [KB61]

Invented by Karen Pulford from University of Oxford
Invented at University of Oxford

Info

Catalogue Number 151359
Applications FACS IHC IP
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Fc gamma Recptor II (FCGR2, CD32)
Synonyms Fc Fragment Of IgG Receptor IIb; IgG Fc Receptor II-B; Fc-Gamma-RIIb; FcRII-B; CDw32; IGFR2; FCG2; CD32; FCGR2; CD32B
Reactivity Human
Relevance Human Fc gamma receptor II (CD32) exists in at least six isoforms originating from three different genes (Fc gamma RII A, B, and C). The CD32 molecule is a low affinity receptor for immune complexed IgG and has signal-transducing capabilities involved with humoral and cell-mediated immune responses. It is expressed by Monocytes, granulocytes, B cells, eosinophils.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Hairy cell leukaemia cells
Subclass IgG1 kappa
Myeloma Used P3/NS1/1-Ag4.1
Recommended Growing Conditions RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS + penicillin (100U/ml) + streptomycin (100mg/l) + glutamine (2mM) + HAT
Notes Ultroser G can be used at 1% if the cells are not growing well.
Research Area Immunology, Stem Cell Biology
