Reactivity Human
Relevance CD20 is a non-Ig differentiation antigen of B cells. Oligomer of CD20 act as calcium channels. It may also be involved in B cell activation and cell cycle progression. CD20 is broadly expressed by normal and neoplastic B cells and absent from all other leucocytes and tissues.

Recommended Growing Conditions RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS + penicillin (100U/ml) + streptomycin (100mg/l) + glutamine (2mM) + HAT
