Applications | ELISA FACS IHC IP |
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets | Mucin (Colonic and pancreatic) |
Reactivity | Human |
Relevance | CAM 17.1 is an antimucin monoclonal antibody which can be used for serological diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. CAM 17.1 binds to a sialic-acid-containing determinant of mucin, probably sialyl-I, which epitope shows wide distribution throughout the gastro-intestinal tract. |
Host | Mouse |
Immunogen | Coll2-23 colorectal cancer cells and live PC/AA polyposis coli cells. |
Subclass | IgM kappa |
Research Area | Cancer, Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction |
