Invented at Cancer Research UK London Research Institute: Lincoln's Inn Fields

Info

Catalogue Number 151226
Applications ELISA FACS WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Human Leukocyte Antigens DQ3 , DQ4 & DR4
Reactivity Human
Relevance Human Leukocyte Antigens (HLA) are highly polymorphic proteins that are involved in the presentation of antigens to the T-cell receptor. There are two classes of HLA antigens, class I (HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-C) and class II (HLA-D). TAL 12.1 may be used for HLA typing.
Host Mouse
Subclass IgG2b
Myeloma Used NS0
Recommended Growing Conditions RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS
