Info

Catalogue Number 151158
Applications ELISA FACS IHC IF IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets ErbB3 (Her3)
Reactivity Human
Relevance The EGFR family of type I growth factor receptor tyrosine kinases includes EGFR (HER1), c-erbB2 (HER2; neu), c-erbB3 (HER3) and c-erbB4 (HER4). c-erbB3 is normally found in non-dividing differentiated epithelial cells, neurones and hepatocytes. It has approximately 80% prevalence in a wide variety of tumours of the gastro-intestinal tract, and approximately 20% prevalence in breast cancer.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Synthetic peptide of human ErbB3
Subclass IgG1
Myeloma Used NS0
Recommended Growing Conditions RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS.
Research Area Cancer, Cell Type or Organelle Marker, Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction
