Invented at University of Liverpool

Info

Catalogue Number 151120
Applications IHC
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Plasma cells (human, cytoplasmic).
Reactivity Human
Relevance Plasma cells are antibody secreting cells found in the lymphoid tissue and derived from B cells. LIV 3G11 reacts with normal and malignant plasma cells but not with normal B cells. The antigen shows a very high degree of specificity for plasma cells and LIV3G11 may be used to identifiy plasma cells in formalin- fixed tissue sections.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Pancreatic cancer related serum mucin
Positive Control Tonsil or lymph node
Subclass IgG2a
Recommended Growing Conditions DMEM + 5% FCS
