Info
Catalogue Number | 151120 |
Applications | IHC |
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets | Plasma cells (human, cytoplasmic). |
Reactivity | Human |
Relevance | Plasma cells are antibody secreting cells found in the lymphoid tissue and derived from B cells. LIV 3G11 reacts with normal and malignant plasma cells but not with normal B cells. The antigen shows a very high degree of specificity for plasma cells and LIV3G11 may be used to identifiy plasma cells in formalin- fixed tissue sections. |
Host | Mouse |
Immunogen | Pancreatic cancer related serum mucin |
Positive Control | Tonsil or lymph node |
Subclass | IgG2a |
Recommended Growing Conditions | DMEM + 5% FCS |
Notes | Does not react with normal B cells. Reacts with normal and malignant human plasma cells |
Research Area | Cell Type or Organelle Marker, Immunology |
