Anti-Fibronectin [Fn-3]

Invented by Prof Joyce Taylor-Papadimitriou at King's College London

Info

Catalogue Number 151098
Applications IHC IF IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Fibronectin
Reactivity Human
Relevance Fibronectin is a widely expressed extracellular matrix glycoprotein that is exists in two forms, a soluble plasma form and a less soluble cellular form. Fn-3 can distinguish between human cellular and plasma fibronectin, thus making it possible to analyse the origin and levels of different types of fibronectin in normal human tissues and their related tumours.
Host Mouse
Immunogen FR5 cells, derived by SV40 transformation of human mammary epithelial cells.
Subclass IgG1
Myeloma Used P3X63Ag8.653
Recommended Growing Conditions DMEM + 5% FCS
Strain Balb/c
Research Area Adhesion, Cancer, Cardiovascular, Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction, Developmental Biology, Stem Cell Biology
