Monoclonal antibody directed against Thy-1 thymocyte antigen. Background and Research Application Thy-1 is a GPI-anchored glycoprotein expressed in the brain, thymocytes and T lymphocytes. Anti-thy-1A1 has use in bone marrow purging. Thy-1 can be used as a marker for a variety of stem cells and for the axonal processes of mature neurons. |
