Catalogue Number | 151020 |
Applications | WB |
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets | Cyclin B1 |
Synonyms | CCNB1; Cyclin B1; G2/Mitotic-Specific Cyclin B1; CCNB |
Reactivity | Mouse |
Relevance | Cyclins bind to and regulate the activity of the Cyclin Dependent Protein Kinases (CDKs). Cyclin B1 is a marker of cell proliferation and a key component of the cell cycle progression machinery. Cyclin B1 may prove to be a prognostic marker in neoplasia. V143.1 is exceptionally good at detecting Cyclin B1 in western blots, giving a very strong signal with minimal background. |
Host | Mouse |
Immunogen | His tagged cyclin B1 (hamster) expressed in bacteria. |
Subclass | IgG1 |
Myeloma Used | Sp2/0-Ag14 |
Recommended Growing Conditions | DMEM + 5% FCS |
Notes | Recommended Concentration: 1ug/ml. |
Research Area | Cancer, Cell Cycle, Epigenetics & Nuclear Signalling |
