Anti-CD90 [T11D7]

Invented at University College London

Info

Catalogue Number 153709
Applications FACS Fn
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets CD90, Thy1.1
Synonyms Thy-1 Cell Surface Antigen; Thy-1 Antigen; CDw90; CD90
Reactivity Mouse and Rat
Relevance CD90 (Thy1.1) is a monomorphic determinant in rat but polymorphic in mice. Anti-CD90 [T11D7e] reacts with Thy1.1 mice e.g. AKR and FVB mice, but not Thy1.2 mice such as CBA and BALB/c. Clone T11D7e is useful for removal of T lymphocytes from cell populations by complement mediated cytotoxicity.
CD90 is a mesenchymal cell marker
Host Mouse
Immunogen Xenogenic rat thymocytes
Positive Control Mouse thymocytes
Subclass IgM
Myeloma Used P3/NS1/1-Ag4.1
Recommended Growing Conditions Culture medium 95%, DMSO 5%
Notes This is a subclone of Anti-CD90 [T11D7e]
Research Area Cell Type or Organelle Marker, Immunology, Neurobiology, Stem Cell Biology
