Info

Catalogue Number 152611
Applications ELISA IHC WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Runt-related transcription factor 3
Reactivity Human
Relevance Runx3 (also known as AML2 and CBF alpha 3) forms a heterodimer with a beta subunit. The complex binds to the core DNA sequence 5'-PYGPYGGT-3' found in a number of enhancers and promoters, and can either activate or suppress transcription. It also interacts with other transcription factors. It functions as a tumor suppressor, and the gene is frequently deleted or transcriptionally silenced in cancer. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Peptide – QFDRSFPTL
Positive Control WB - Jurkat cell lysates; IHC- formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded multi tumour tissue microarray
Subclass IgG1 kappa
Molecular Weight (kDa) 44
Myeloma Used P3X63Ag8.653
Research Area Epigenetics & Nuclear Signalling
